Baby cots

On request, we will be happy to provide you with a baby cot free of charge for children between the ages of 0 and 2. As we only have a limited number of baby cots, we recommend that you reserve this directly when booking.

On our homepage you can easily get the best available rate at the time of your enquiry for your desired travel period. Guaranteed! Please read the booking conditions carefully before choosing a rate. We cannot change the conditions for cancellations etc. at a later date.

Bicycle

If you bring your own bike, we will be happy to store it in a locked room.

Bike hire

Please speak to our reception. You can also hire and pay for a bike directly from us.

Breakfast

Our varied breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and is available daily from 07:00 to 10:30.

If you have a lactose or other food intolerance, please inform us in advance when booking.

Cancellation & changes

Please note the booking conditions before making a reservation. You can use the link in the confirmation or contact us by telephone at any time to cancel or amend your booking. When booking via external portals, please cancel directly via the relevant portal.

Cell phone for internal and external communication / Mobile phone

As our rooms are not equipped with telephones as standard, it is possible to borrow a mobile telephone. The costs are charged according to usage. Please contact the reception desk

Check-in & Check-out

Your room will be ready for you to check in from 14:00. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your suitcases for you. Please note that our reception is only open until 10 pm. Should you arrive later, please contact us.

On the day of departure you can check out until 12:00 noon.

Would you like to start your check-out day in a relaxed manner? On request and subject to availability, we offer late check-out for €10.00 per hour after 12:00 and after 16:00 at the current daily rate.

Group reservations

For reservations of six rooms or more, please send us an e-mail to n.miskolczi@dimas-hotel.de. Irrespective of the regular occupancy, we only have a certain number of rooms available for groups per day. We will be happy to check this individually for your enquiry.

Have you forgotten your toothbrush or razor? We have a small selection available for you at reception.

Invoice

We would like to ask you to pay attention to the correct invoicing when making your reservation and on arrival. If something goes wrong, a later change can only be made via our e-mail address info@dimas-hotel.de.

Ironing board and iron

Irons are available at our reception.

Ironing service

Please report to reception or housekeeping. The iron will be returned to you within 1 hour.

Kettle

A kettle is available at reception.

Lost property

If you lose or find a personal item during your stay, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Luggage

If you arrive early, we will be happy to store your luggage for you.

Minimum age

A hotel room can only be rented from the age of 18. Minors between the ages of 16 and 18 can stay overnight unaccompanied with parental permission. For this purpose, a ‘Declaration of consent and release from the duty of supervision’ must be signed by the parent or guardian.

Night rest

From 10.00 p.m. the night’s rest must be observed for the benefit of all guests. We ask you to take your room key with you when you leave the house in the evening, as this is the front door key for the entrance. Hold your card against the pillar next to the entrance and the door will open automatically.

Parking

You are welcome to park your car free of charge in our hotel car park. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of and behind the hotel.

Payment

You pay when you check-in at reception. You can pay by EC card, VISA or Mastercard. However, a debit card cannot be used to guarantee your booking. A credit card is required for this.

Pillow selection

Would you like an additional pillow? We have a small selection available for you at reception: Stathelle pillows, memory foam Skaget pillows, memory foam contour pillows

Pets

You are welcome to bring your pets with you. We charge €10 per night for dogs and cats. Please bring your own food for your pets.

For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the breakfast area, but we can offer you an alternative seat so that you don’t have to leave your four-legged friend alone at breakfast.  Please ask us about this at reception.

Radio

Would you like to listen to the radio? Please switch on the TV – you will find SWR 3 on channel 46.

Please note that our reception is open from 8 am to 10 pm. Should you arrive later, please contact us.

Room cleaning

We want to reduce resources and protect the environment. If you would like to do without room cleaning, please let reception know.

Safe

Would you like to keep your valuables safe? We are happy to store your valuables in our safe at reception.

Satisfaction

How did you like your stay with us? You are welcome to leave your review on our homepage or the usual portals.

Sewing kit

You can obtain a sewing kit from our reception.

Security

DiMas Hotel uses technical and organisational security measures to protect the data we have under our control against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons.

Button off? – You can obtain a sewing case from reception. We take care of small repairs immediately.

Shoe shine machine

Please use the shoe shine machine on the 1st floor. If you need shoe polish or a rack for your hiking boots, please let us know your requirements

Smoking

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to charge you € 120.00 for the necessary special cleaning if you do not comply.

Taxi

Taxis can be ordered at reception.

Valuables

The hotel accepts no responsibility for valuables lost in the rooms or public areas of the hotel.

Vouchers

If you would like to purchase a voucher, please send us an e-mail to n.miskolczi@dimas-hotel.de.

Please note: Your voucher can only be used with a valid voucher number and must be presented on arrival. We are sure you understand that it cannot be exchanged for money.

Visitors

Receiving visitors who have not checked in to the rooms is only permitted in exceptional cases and with permission. Guests who are not booked in will be charged.

You are welcome to invite your friends for breakfast. External breakfast costs €15 for adults, €10 for children.

‘Please do not disturb’

If you would like to rest, please hang the ‘Do not disturb’ sign on the door.

Please do not forget to remove the sign when you leave your room, otherwise the chambermaid will not be able to tidy your room.

Washing and ironing guest laundry

There is a laundry bag in your wardrobe. Please fill in the enclosed list carefully and hand it in with the laundry at reception. Return time by arrangement

Wheelchair accessible rooms

Of course, the DiMas Hotel has wheelchair-accessible rooms. When booking a room, please let us know that you require a wheelchair-accessible room. It is best to give us a quick call so that we can ensure that a suitable room is available on the day of arrival. Our public areas are also easily accessible by wheelchair. There is also a suitable public WC in the hotel.

Wifi is free of charge and without password.
